Our church helps support the Dale County Rescue Mission, a local mission which reaches out materially and spiritually to those less fortunate. We also give special emphasis to the Ozark Boys and Girls Club and nearby Methodist Boys' Home, "The Settlement," by meeting material needs and providing work teams for special projects.

  We experience mission within our church by promoting visitation of home-bound members, as well as helping with transportation for those who need assistance.

  Our prayer for the members of First United Methodist Church is that we may all become more Mission-Oriented and that we may truly make Christ's great commission a vital part of our lives.

You’ve done it through prayer, financial aid, food, clothing, and many varied items, all of which made life a little easier for someone in need.
